There are three key units to this course. |
| Assessment | Politics A Level is assessed wholly through examination at the end of Year 13. There will be three exams, one per paper, and each 2 hours long. They are equally weighted, each carrying 77 marks. The papers will be a mixture of medium length ‘explain’ and essay style questions. |
| Careers Guidance | Politics is ideal if you’re considering studying politics, law, geography, history, sociology, ethics or journalism at university and is highly regarded by employers in industries including politics, international organisations, the media, government and the civil service. |
