The PE department have set up a strength workout for students to complete at home. The information needed has been posted into each Year group Team.
Students will need to login as usual and navigate to their Year group tile. They will see an announcement about PE and a link to all resources.
Please read the guidance first and then use the checklist to note your son/daughter’s progress.
Each strengthening exercise has a beginners, intermediate and advanced level and the guidance notes will help students to know how to progress.
