Awareness Week: Mental Health
During our awareness week, we want to achieve the following:
- Raising our students’ awareness/understanding of mental health.
- Explore what we can do to support our own mental health and the mental health of others.
- Think about what things may affect our mental health both positively and negatively.
- Look at what support is available to us all.
- Listening to students’ views on this important area of modern day life.
- Gathering ideas to build on this Awareness Week to make us even more inclusive and supportive in this area of school life.
