Awareness Week: Mental Health

During our awareness week, we want to achieve the following:

  • Raising our students’ awareness/understanding of mental health.
  • Explore what we can do to support our own mental health and the mental health of others.
  • Think about what things may affect our mental health both positively and negatively.
  • Look at what support is available to us all.
  • Listening to students’ views on this important area of modern day life.
  • Gathering ideas to build on this Awareness Week to make us even more inclusive and supportive in this area of school life.
